Onward Holdings CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Michinobu Yasumoto) held its "FY2024 Onward Group Awards Ceremony" on Thursday, April 24, at the Tokyo Kaikan in Tokyo's Chiyoda Ward to honor employees (teams) who made outstanding contributions in fiscal 2024. With WEGO CO., LTD. newly joining, over 400 participants took part, and 50 teams and individuals were honored.

The Onward Group Awards Ceremony was launched in 2008 to recognize outstanding fashion stylists (sales staff) and employees who have demonstrated excellence in product development and in creating initiatives that stimulate customer demand. The ceremony has been held 25 times to date. The purpose of the awards is to focus on projects promoted by the Group as the culmination of the fiscal year, commend employees (teams) who have played an active role in various departments from shops to back office departments, and improve sales and planning/proposal capabilities by boosting motivation and sharing best practices.

The theme for this year's ceremony was "FAN FUN FAN - Passion and fun, with you in the middle! -". The concept was the passion (FAN) creates enjoyment (FUN), and everyone involved becomes a fan (FAN) and shares the excitement, with "you (U)" in the middle, which was designed to expresses appreciation for the award winners. The venue was decorated in orange and red to express the heated emotions, and the 50 award-winning teams appeared on the runway to be presented with their awards on stage. In addition, the "BEST PRODUCT AWARD" for outstanding products and the "BEST SHOP AWARD" for outstanding shops were presented, with the top three teams (Gold, Silver, and Bronze) announced as a surprise on the day of the event.

Joining the award winners, the top 100 teams in terms of budget achievement, representatives of the 120 teams that won the monthly "BEST SHOP AWARD," and the top 24-ranked in the Staff Coordinate Award were invited to the ceremony. In all, over 400 people participated in the event to celebrate their achievements and boost motivation. At the social gathering after the awards were presented, communication within the Group was promoted through activities such as a raffle for luxurious prizes and a booth where participants could take commemorative photos. Through such events, we will continue aiming to improve ES (Employee Satisfaction) and to further enhance CS (Customer Satisfaction).
